Week 27 - Project Life

I have only gotten one page done from this week and it is mostly for July 4th. The majority of the cards are from the Project Life Recipe kit and the stamps and most embellishments are from the Take Ten Kits. All the cork items were punched out I embossed on the soda bottle. Lots of stitching.

Week 40 - Project Life

For both pages I used the April Take Ten kit and the Kiwi edition.
The polka dot card was 4x6 and I cut it down to 2-3x4 cards. The "love this" was from the April add on stamp.
All of my labels were cut from the recycle card in the Take Ten kit. I laid the washi on some cardstock and punched some hearts out and I used the label stamp from the kit. The cards not from the April kit are also from the Kiwi edition

Week 25 - Project Life Planner

This week mainly covers my trip back home to Sioux City, Iowa for my Moms surprise 70th birthday party. I was very happy that even though the trip was short, that I was able to go back for this.

Under the Stars

A card I made from the Project Life Card Swap group with the theme of "Under the Stars". I used a Becky Higgins 3x4 grid card and punched the banners and stars out. The circle of stars and the shine your light circle were punched out and then added to the card with the pop dots. Love all the glitter!
I am also submitting this for the Photo Pocket Page Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

Fox Pocket Card

I am loving these stencils from We R Memory Keepers and this Fox is my favorite. The card is a 4x6 from the Dear Lizzy edition and I will use it for a "week of" card in an upcoming week. I am also submitting this card for the Photo Pocket Page Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

778 Miles Apart for a Sister and Brother

I love Heidi Swapps style and her products and have really missed making these title clusters since I switched from making memory files to making pocket pages. I used Vintage Chic and Sugar Chic, and the digital file color insta frames for the pink frame. I stitched the arrows and there a little wonky on the end as I did not leave myself enough room and this was at the end of making the pages so I did not start over. There is a note attached as a little journal card to each of my Children on the black tab on each picture

A Day in the Life

This is my first time trying this project and it was much easier to document as the day went along then what I thought it would be. This idea was started by Ali Edwards as a way to document what a day in your life is like. No matter how boring or mundane it might seem to you, it will help show future generations more of who you were! I chose to do it on the 22nd of the month as that is the date I was born, and hopefully will continue to do this on the 22nd of each month. I used Alis week in the life journal cards and some of her other digital files. The coffee cards are from Cathy Zielske.
