Project Life Planner - Cover page 2015

Hello!  I am doing an "All about Me" album again this year in the Simple Stories Life Documented planner. This layout is 6x8 and it is the cover page to the album. I used Photoshop and added some text to my picture that gives an explanation for the album. I really love the classic black and white color theme and starting my album off with that.
I did a little stitching and then added a couple of stamped images from The Studio 29 Designs Glam bag kit to the left side border and the My Story image at the bottom of the journaling from the January (Take 10 kit) My Story kit. This year the monthly kits are going to have a theme and name and I am really loving that change!
I stamped the 3 images that I chose onto white cardstock and then used a punch to punch them out, but you could also use scissors and hand cut it. After the ink had dried I covered the stamped portion with Glossy Accents to give them a shiny finish and then added some pop dots underneath each one for a little dimension.
The Glam bag kits are new a new kit this year and just look at all the pretty stuff that was in it!
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by today and I hope you have a great weekend!

51 things part 2

Cards for my weeks 7 thru 14 of my 51 things project. I am doing one card a week until my 52nd birthday. I am using the digital All About Me kit from Little Lamm Co. Some of these cards are kinda hard to fill out, so I will definitely be adding to them as time goes on and I think of additional things I would like to include. I am loving the black and white color theme and keeping my cards pretty simple on the embellishments.

Health Planner - stamp update

Last week I had used a Potty Person stamp to be able to circle the areas where I was having problems with my arthritis. I really wanted a stamp that showed the fingers and toes and my friend Sara Mitchell suggested that I look for a Halloween stamp. That was the perfect idea! I found this skeleton stamp that I have had in my stash for years and originally gotten it from the 1.00 bin at Michaels.

Sneak peak of the My Story Take 10 kit

The theme of the Take 10 kit this month by The Studio 29 Designs is "My Story" and I love that theme. It's a beautiful kit and for my sneak I am using a couple of the images from the stamp. The stamp this month was designed by my teammate Nicole Kerr and its versatile enough that it can be used all year. As soon as I had seen the stamp I knew that I wanted to use it on something besides paper. So I got out the ink pads and my fabric paint! Love that marshmallow in the coffee cup!

2015 Daily planner

I am using a personal planner again this year, and I am going to use the compact size Blooms inserts from Franklin Planner. I chose this insert because its a little bigger then the personal size I used in 2014 at 4.25x6.75. I also like that the colors change with the seasons. My binder is also from FP.

The page on the right hand side, I am using for journaling, and then this information is utilized in a scrapbook that I do that is "All About Me" and for scrapbook pages that I will do on my One Little Word. This year my word is Story and I will explain my reasons for that word in another post but I bring it up because I know from taking this class in 2014 that is extremely helpful if you can keep making your word visible thru out the year. So each day I will include the word Story somewhere on the page and today it is the tab on the top with Daily Story, and I stamped a quote from Ali Edwards Get Real story stamp class on the bottom of the page. For this week I stamped an image on each page and lightly colored it in and writing over it so that I have full use of the page. The journaling that I have started for today is on my one little word and I will finish my journaling about today before the night is over.

The page on the left I am using for appointments, to do lists & medicines to take. I am also listing the classes I am enrolled in on the days that new content is added etc. I really want to get back to a cleaning schedule this year & I am going to try the Clean Mama plan and see how that works for me, but in the beginning I am adding a few more chores to my day until I get used to her plan. I am adding a To Stop Doing list this year as a way to have a daily reminder to cut back on some bad habits that I have created. Tracking my water intake & including some milk carton icons as a reminder to drink some. I added in a gratitude section to record a thought for each day.

For my "All About Me" scrapbook, I also track the weather forecast daily & what TV programs I have watched. I don't use this information for every scrapbook page, but I have it for when I do want to use it. I will add links to the products that I used and if you have any questions for me, please leave them in the comments and I will get back to you.

The cleaning icons are the Plan Today stamp from The Studio 29 Designs

The labels with the icons in the corner are from the Happy Notes planner stamp
The water glasses and the circle check box are from this Plan It stamp

The milk carton icon is from Plan Fitness

2015 Health Planner

I have been using planners for a couple of years now but have not posted much about them on my blog and for 2015 I am going to share more. Back in October I won this Studio planner from Franklin Planner in an Instagram challenge. I love it, and there are lots of great quotes thru out. I struggled this year with some arthritis issues and everytime I went to see my Doctor I was always guessing at the numbers I had to put down for pain and swelling etc. So I decided to keep a health planner to track all of the issues and I will take the planner with me to my appointments.

Left side of the page = until I can find a better stamp that shows the fingers and toes, I am using the potty person to circle any areas where I have pain and or swelling. I also have a pain chart for each day and will highlight the appropriate number.
I also listed the prescription medicine and over the counter meds that she is having me take. I will list how much of the over the counter stuff I am taking each day as she always asks me.
Lastly I will add a little journaling for each day.

Right side of the page = I know I need to start "moving more" to help me feel better. So I will use this planner to track those activities as well. I am also going to record my weekly FitBit stats in regards to steps taken and sleep patterns.
This is just the first week that I am trying this and maybe I will need to change things up as I go along.
The stamps that I used for the medicine icons are the two different pills from this Plan Women stamp by Sweet Stamp Shop
From the Plan to Go stamp by Sweep Stamp Shop I used the prescription bottle, shot needle and pill capsule

Week 50 - December Daily

For my December Daily this year I am using a kit by The Studio 29 Designs that had a lot of FancyPants Oh Deer in it and a Take 10 kit. I embossed all my circle numbers and those are from Fancy Pants.
